Wow! What a welcoming Office. The scent is so warm and inviting, business here is.a pleasure

Enjoyed the ease of access to the location and conference rooms, which represented the local sports teams (Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays). The views from the space were outstanding too, as well as the convenient coffee and snacks. I would definitely recommend Office Evolution for meetings or office space.

Compared to other competitors I’ve looked at, their pricing is straightforward and much more competitive, especially considering the high-quality amenities. The conference rooms are top-notch and always ready for client meetings. However, the real standout is Yani at the front desk. She is incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to help with whatever my business needs. Having that level of professional support makes this the best place to grow my company

Best co-working space in Tampa Bay. Always clean, great views, amazing staff. Super accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely continue renting an office at this location.

We opened an office in Florida. Have been tenants here for over a year now. We started with just using the open space. Upgraded January 2026 to our own private office. We love the space and the amenities. Having a full time staff on site to address and issues and greet clients that come for meetings allows us to have a professional office without the overhead. Yeny will make sure anything you need is taken care of.

I’ve been here since January and it’s been a great experience! The women at the front desk who run the place during the day are fantastic. They are very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They make the place a very pleasant and enjoyable workplace!
