I can’t say enough positive things about the Clearwater Office Evolution facilities, owners and fellow tenants. Everything is spotless, well maintained and most importantly well managed. If you’re considering a short or long term tenancy, you won’t regret it! My law firm’s clients enjoy the free beverages and snacks.

Our experience at Office Evolution was truly amazing. The team there made everything so easy, from booking conference rooms to touring us around the space. Paula was incredible to work with and so fast with communication. We had the opportunity to use a few of the different conference rooms - all equipped with all of the technology and a whiteboard needed to run meetings. The shared spaces were clean and always stocked with coffee and snacks. We loved our entire experience!

I recently toured this office space with Dee, who was friendly, and able to accommodate an 8:00 AM tour time. The space is spectacular, with a variety of suites available, including some with views of the bay. It also includes a parking garage, which a lot of competitors don't have, and provides members complementary access to a gym on a lower floor that features a Peloton rowing machine. Though I wasn't able to move forward on a lease because of possible conflicts-of-interest with my present employment situation, I will definitely consider Office Evolution in the future should a need for office space arise. And again, I thank Dee for the tour and Paula, the manager of the Clearwater location, for working with me on business matters.

The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and professional atmosphere of the space. The location is perfectly situated, with easy access to major highways and local airports, which makes it highly convenient for any business needs. The facility itself is beautifully designed, offering spacious private offices, flexible coworking areas, and well-equipped conference rooms. I also couldn't help but admire the incredible views – it really adds to the overall appeal. The staff was welcoming and incredibly supportive, and after speaking with some current members, it was clear they’re thrilled with their experience too. Recently we toured Office Evolutions in St. Petersburg for our pending expansion to Florida. First and foremost the availability of free and covered parking was an immediate plus for our staff and visiting clients and guests! The co-working office configuration is very attractive alternative to standard multi office space leases. The perimeter office views and the exposed sunlight to the interior offices offers great working environments for all management levels. This Office Evolution location allows for multiple configuration's which allows growth for our team moving forward. The conference room(s) office availability and common areas are perfect for team collaboration. Finally the ownership and onsite management team was extremely professional, and knowledgeable of exploring our needs and requirements to provide us with a corporate culture in a co-working community.

I am just so impressed with this place! The office space is amazing. The hospitality is top notch. Its very luxurious with a great view. Very new, very clean. Paula and Dee are amazing and super accommodating. I love have an office here I would recommend it to everyone. Coffee, creamer, and snacks and kitchen utensils are included which is such a plus (because it is really good coffee!) there are phone booths for privacy and conference rooms. Its very chic and an all around happy environment to be in! Since out office has moved here, I look forward to coming to work every day even more!

Beautiful space! Great franchisor! Compared to Regus, this is the place to be. Location is perfect for greater Tampa Bay coverage, too.

I recently spent a day at a local coworking space and was truly impressed by how beautiful and modern the environment was. The space boasts a stunning design, fantastic service, and a vibrant ambiance that made working there a pleasure. The views from the coworking area are absolutely spectacular. I only wish such exceptional places had been available when I was working full-time. Wow!

I had the pleasure of using their "Lighting" conference room, which, despite my personal allegiance as a Buffalo Sabres fan, was a highlight of my visit. One of the most creative aspects of the location is its sports-themed conference rooms. With rooms dedicated to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Rays, and Lightning, the space cleverly integrates local sports culture into its design. Although it was a bit ironic for me to be in the "Lighting" room as a Sabres fan, I couldn’t help but admire the thoughtful nod to Tampa Bay's local teams. This thematic approach adds a unique flavor to the meeting experience and showcases the local spirit in a fun and engaging way. In summary, the Office Evolution Clearwater location impresses with its quality facilities and innovative design. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a professional and creatively inspiring space for meetings.
