We have been renting space at Office Evolution for almost a year, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. Lee, the owner, has created such a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. The space itself is beautiful. I genuinely feel happy every time I walk through the door, and it has been an incredibly productive and inspiring place to grow my business. What I appreciate most is the balance between privacy and community. Everyone is respectful of one another and their work, while there is still a real sense of connection among the people who work here. Office Evolution has been such a great fit for us, and I’m so grateful we found it.

I've leased office space in a number of flex working properties in the Philadelphia area, and Office Evolution Blue Bell definitely tops the list. Super clean, modern space with friendly, professional tenants and staff. Highly recommended.

I used an office space in August and I absolutely loved the experience. I walked in to a clean and friendly environment perfect to get my work done. I met staff and owner Tina and Lee who were super helpful and welcoming.

I had a really great experience at Office Evolution in Blue Bell! I bought a day pass to work remotely for the day and the space was very clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. It was honestly a perfect environment to focus and get work done. I also really liked that there were different lighting options. I personally prefer softer lighting, so being able to use the table lamp instead of the overhead lights was a nice touch. Tina was so sweet and helpful! She made sure I had everything I needed before I arrived and checked in on me during my visit as well. The kitchen was also very clean and fully stocked with drinks, including vanilla lattes, cold brew, and other options in the fridge. Overall, I really enjoyed working here and would definitely come back if I’m in the area. I’d recommend it to any remote worker looking for a quiet, comfortable place to work and be productive!

We had a great experience at Office Evolution. The personal office space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting work done. The kitchen area stocked with various drinks and coffee! I've worked from a number of office spaces over the years following a recent tour,  this is by far one of the most impressive. The space is beautifully designed with a professional, upscale atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch and the work areas are well maintained. What truly sets this office apart is the community. Was looking for an office in the area and Office Evolution hit the spot! I had looked at many other co-working spaces and Lee stood out. Could not recommend enough!

We have been leasing office space at Office Evolution Blue Bell since November and could not be happier with the experience. The space is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and everyone here is friendly, respectful, and professional. The amenities are excellent. There is great coffee, tea, cold brew, and water, plus everything you need in the kitchen. The gym is a huge bonus and very well equipped. Meeting rooms are high quality and incredibly easy to book whenever needed, which has been a big help for our business. Lee has been wonderful to work with, and Rose at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. We are truly thankful we found this space and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for office space or a flexible professional environment.

The entire team and other tenants are approachable and supportive, the culture is positive, and the office itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out.
