I recently vacated my office at Office Evolution Georgetown, and while I'm happy to have my home office back, I can honestly say this was one of the best office space experiences I've ever had. From day one, the entire team was professional, accommodating, responsive, and genuinely friendly. Special recognition goes to Shiloh, who is hands down one of the best office managers I've worked with. She does an incredible job creating a welcoming environment, organizing tenant events, and finding fun ways to keep people engaged and connected. It really makes a difference when you're working in a shared office setting. The owners, Suzy and Lee Linton, are equally outstanding. They are approachable, hospitable, and clearly care about both their tenants and the success of the business. It's rare to find owners who are so involved and committed to creating a positive experience, and it shows in everything they do. The facility itself is professional, modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. Whether you're meeting with clients or just need a productive place to work, the space always presents the right image. The location is another huge advantage. Being right in downtown Georgetown means you're within walking distance of numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and local activities. There is always something happening nearby, making it easy to grab lunch, meet clients, or enjoy the area after work. Most importantly, the team has built a true sense of community. They regularly host social events and tenant activities that bring people together and make the office feel much more personal than a typical workspace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Office Evolution Georgetown to anyone looking for office space in the area. If I ever find myself needing office space again, this will be my first call. Great for an afternoon business meeting

This place is great because there are so many options to choose from. I get the small package, four visits per month for the co-working and it works great for me. I can get out of the house, be social and get some good coffee. There are unlimited options, offices, etc. Come check it out if you want to get out of the house every now and then and be social while getting work done! Oh, and if you do the co-working, they have these phone booths to take phone calls, no extra charge, just a place so you do not bother others. Check it out! Also, Shiloh runs the place and she is super cool, and the owners are really nice as well!

I had a great experience working from this coworking space. The day pass was an excellent value, and the space itself was aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and conducive to productivity. I was able to work confidentially, take calls on my headset without disruption, and the phone booth made hosting an important meeting easy and professional. The environment struck a nice balance between being collaborative and respectful of individual work needs. The other professionals in the space were polite, courteous, and mindful of those around them, which contributed to a positive working atmosphere. A special thank you to Shiloh, the manager, who was welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even better. I would definitely return and recommend this space to anyone looking for a professional and well-managed place to work.

I dropped in to Office Evolution Georgetown for the first time to cowork and get outside of the house and it was a great experience. Shiloh, the office manager, was incredible welcoming and helpful, gave me a tour, and had me settled in to time. I will be back to cowork, but also will rent meeting space here when my coworkers are in town.
