Shelley Bade feels the “Ohana” culture at Office Evolution!

Shelley Bade, an Office Evolution Franchisee in Peoria, Arizona, is featured this month in Entrepreneur magazine. Shelley tells Entrepreneur that she began to feel OE’s “Ohana,” or extended family culture, back in 2018 when she and her business partner, Jill Pogrant, had just joined forces with OE. Soon after starting the franchise, tragedy struck, and she lost Jill to breast cancer, leaving Shelley grief-stricken and terrified.

“We feel your pain. What can we do? How can we help you?”

Shelley said that in the face of this crisis, Mark Hemmeter, the founder and CEO of Office Evolution, and so many others at OE, reached out to her daily and provided her with endless support and the assistance that she needed to stay on her feet.

Now, in the midst of COVID-19, Shelley says the support she receives from OE is especially comforting—

“Oh my Gosh, it’s not me just going it alone. Being a franchisee has made me feel that much more empowered.”

What’s it like being part of the Office Evolution family?

Shelley mentions all of the professionals who have given her “wonderful guidance,” such as the “marketing guru,” the real estate specialists, and “about 25 people from the corporate office” who have been providing her with assistance when she needs it.

That’s the Ohana culture Office Evolution is so proud of!
