She believes that career progression doesn’t have to come at the cost of your well-being and coaches lawyers, consultants, tech, and finance professionals into becoming the type of people who can create a fulfilling career, while having a balanced life they can actually enjoy. She’s a leadership geek to the core, a proud mother of three, lives in the D.C. area, and is married to her best friend and business partner.
How long have you been a member and what do you enjoy about working at Office Evolution?
I’ve been a member for 2 months, and my favorite things about working at Office Evolution are learning about the diverse range of businesses people have, and having a quiet office where my kids can’t interrupt me 🙂
What is a recent personal achievement you’ve had?
My biggest business wins are my client wins. Recently, I had a client who got promoted to partner in a financial services firm after we worked together. He was able to step confidently into his new role after we worked on developing a transition plan, while also increasing his work life balance.
What’s a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I’ve lived, worked, and studied in 6 different countries.
