Yes. Coworking members have 24/7 access to the building. One thing worth knowing up front: heating and cooling run during business hours, so a Sunday afternoon in July will feel warmer than a Tuesday morning. If you need the climate on outside business hours, let us know and we can make arrangements.
No, and that’s by design. Nothing on the coworking floor is assigned, so you can sit somewhere different every visit. If you’d rather have the same spot waiting for you every day, a dedicated desk or a dedicated office is the better fit and we’re happy to show you both.
We have private phone booths for exactly that. Step in, close the door, and take the call without broadcasting it to the room or apologizing to the person next to you. If the call is a long one or needs a table, you can book a meeting room instead.
Directly outside the door, and it’s free. No garage, no permit, no meter, and no circling. We’re in the Gateway West office park at the I-95 and Highway 204 interchange, so getting in and out is quick from either direction.
Clients are welcome to come and go, and reception will greet them for you. Guests who plan to stay and work alongside you need a guest pass so they can use the space and its amenities. Stop by the front desk and we’ll take care of it.
