Set within the Gateway West office park at the I-95 and Highway 204 interchange, Savannah Gateway sits at one of the best-connected crossroads on Georgia’s coast. Highway 204 runs straight into Abercorn Street and on to Historic Downtown, about eleven miles east; and Pooler, Richmond Hill, and the port are minutes away.
Inside, 14,490 square feet on one level hold 76 glass-fronted, lockable private offices for one-to-six people. Around them are three conference rooms, the Coquina Room for conversations that call for discretion, an open coworking floor, phone booths, a business lounge, and a community kitchen. A full-time Business Center Manager runs the front desk, greets your guests, and signs for your packages.
The interiors take their cue from the coast: crisp whites, sea-glass, warm sand, and the blues and sage greens of the marsh. Even the wayfinding tells a local story. Every hallway is named for one of Savannah’s historic squares; the meeting rooms for Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan counties; and the last office in the building is Lafayette 912, Savannah’s area code.
