Yes! If you need to alter your existing meeting room reservation, simply contact your location during business hours and request a change. If you are a current member, you can login to adjust your reservation.
When you reserve one of our meeting room spaces, you gain access to a fully-furnished and tech-ready space to host your meeting. Our on-site receptionist will help you and any guests get settled and navigate the technology in the room. Everything you need is set up and ready for you when you arrive. Meeting room guests also gain access to our community kitchen and free refreshments during their stay.
Your room setup will really depend on the space that you reserve. But all of our spaces are fully equipped so that you can just show up with your laptop, sit down, and get to work. No. Anyone can book a meeting room here, member or not. Members with an office or team office draw on included meeting room credits; everyone else simply reserves and pays for the time they need.
We ask for at least 8 hours’ notice, and 24 hours is preferred. The earlier you tell us, the better the odds we can give the room to someone else who needs it that day.

The Chatham Room and the Effingham Room are in the same building, both sized for a full group around one table. Chatham is the larger of the two. Tell us how many people you are expecting and we will put you in the room that fits rather than the room you happened to ask for.
Every room in this building is named for something local. The offices take the names of Savannah’s squares. The meeting and conference rooms are named for the three counties that make up our corner of Georgia: Chatham, Bryan, and Effingham.
Coquina is the exception, and deliberately so. Coquina is the shell stone the coast is built from: soft-looking, made of fragments, and far tougher than it appears. It seemed like the right name for the room where the harder conversations happen.
